Tracy Hill
General Manager

As General Manager since 2019, Tracy reports directly to the Trustees. She oversees all aspects of business at South West Music School. Her involvement with South West Music School has developed over the last 12 years.

Tracy has a business background, specialising in the creative sector and social enterprise development. Her career spans many areas of business management inc Strategy, Planning, Project Management, Fundraising, Purchasing and Sales. 

Tracy has a keen interest in young people’s education and career ambitions. South West Music School enables her to combine both this interest, and her passion for music and dance.
