Zaid Al-Rikabi

Zaid is a highly accomplished multi-instrumentalist, world/blues guitarist, vocalist, composer, actor, theatre musician, and songwriter. As a co-founder of The People’s String Foundation, he masterfully blends jazz, hip-hop, intricate beat-work, and Middle Eastern melodies into a dynamic and eclectic sound.
With a wealth of experience in music and live performance, Zaid brings infectious energy, enthusiasm, and a deep passion for music education. His engaging teaching style encourages and challenges students, helping them unlock their potential while elevating their musicality with confidence and creativity.
